iPad sign in is a great idea. One does need GPS guidance to navigate the hallways, though. Appreciated the staff and Dr. Birch in particular. Professional without being distant, personal without being obsequious.

I injured my right shoulder terribly when I passed out and fell through a doorway while ill with the flu. The shoulder showed signs of a dislocation, with bone and cartilage injury along with injury to several critical rotator cuff tendons; one completely severed.
From the beginning, Dr. Nathani comforted me by showing deep experience and brilliant skill in dealing with such injuries. And he made himself my friend. I knew he cared about me and was taking care of me. His staff told me that he went to bat for me to get my surgery date scheduled as soon as possible, to give the severed tendon the best chance for successful repair. I don't know what more one could want from a physician.
However, there was more to come. On the day of the surgery, I experienced a miracle I did not expect. After a nearly 2-hour procedure, I left the surgical center with no pain and little discomfort. That discomfort vanished overnight, without the use of narcotics. I began to move my shoulder myself when the time for PT arrived, and I continue to elevate my hand above my shoulder and move it in all directions, to protect against frozen shoulder... an understanding I gained from my Doctor. I have had almost no pain and I have no discomfort today.
With this miracle of healing, what more could one desire from a physician. Dr. N. is my friend. I hope to see him again, and express my appreciation for his stellar level of care, and my happiness that it came from the hand of the doctor who wanted me to have the best care, and then delivered it.

I didn’t feel the friendliness with the gal checking me in. It was my first time there and it felt like I was an annoyance to her. The gentleman, I believe the assistant to dr who puts you in room was amazing and made me feel very comfortable once I got to room. And the dr was amazing. He is definitely the definition of great bedside manners and knows what he is talking about and helps with best options.
