While the waiting room seemed busy, a nurse called me into the exam rm within 5 mins. Then, after 5 mins, I met with a P.A. who reviewed my symptoms and recommended my treatment. Overall, I was treated professionally, quickly and courteously at every interaction including the front desk. Thank you.

Everything about my TKR went well and Dr. Birch , although not a talker, is a fine surgeon. I am an artist and the Alta logo is driving me crazy....the left extended leg is all wrong with the foot going the wrong way. Please help the poor man in the logo straighten his leg. After all you are orthopedists , you just have to find an artist who will use your expertise. I also hope you have a sense of humor.

A very thorough and detailed explanation of the entire procedure with Dr. Birch before the surgery made the day of the surgery and the outcome a very satisfying experience. The initial appointment before the actual surgery appointment was very stress free and relaxed. Being a health professional myself I had more than a couple questions regarding the whole procedure and the importance of following all the protocols for a positive outcome. His relaxed approach and his quiet assurance regarding an excellent outcome and the importance of following the post op protocols to that end got my attention. The result was flawless .This is the second procedure that he’s done on me and both of the outcomes are absolutely text-book. Most importantly, his communication with his patients is excellent.
