Kaylinn Muran, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Alta Orthopaedics, specializing in the evaluation and management of orthopaedic spine conditions. She graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Sonoma State University and earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University.
During her clinical training, Kaylinn completed rotations across a wide range of specialties, giving her a well-rounded approach to patient care. Prior to becoming a PA, she worked as an Emergency Department Medical Scribe and a Medical Assistant in dermatology, where she assisted with procedures and supported patient care. These experiences strengthened her clinical judgment, attention to detail, and collaborative approach to medicine, which she now brings to the evaluation and management of orthopaedic spine conditions.
Originally from Orange County, Kaylinn is proud to now serve the Santa Barbara community. She is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care and helping patients return safely to the activities they enjoy. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, staying active outdoors, going to the beach, playing pickleball, and spending time with friends and family.
