I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of the visit. Dr. K was attentive to my issues and answered all my questions. Although I previously researched my medical problems, he refreshed my memory and provided all the missing information to make for a very streamlined office visit. Telephonic visit is not a bad idea. The patient should decide if he/she needs to meet further with his/her doctor if there’s any issues.

It was my first time to see Dr. Birch. I was impressed with the staff from the beginning of my visit. Everyone was friendly, the X-ray tech was great, and Dr. Birch was most welcoming and understanding of my situation. He explained everything so clearly. It was a good experience!
