I was able to get an appointment in a very timely manner, all of the staff were thoughtful, helpful, and informative, and Dr. Eli Kupperman is outstanding. My physician recommended him highly - and he was right!

Dr. Proctor has fine ability to communicate. It is unfortunate that he no longer does total reverse shoulder arthroscopy. He promptly made an appointment for me with his colleague Dr. Kupperman, who does do that.
