My interaction with Dr Birch was outstanding as always. He is wonderful.
How ever the front office staff doing check in leave a lot to be desired. I was barely acknowledged except to ask for insurance paperwork. The. 2 people at the desk continued to chat back and forth with each other about who was BFF and plans to get together, I had to ask if I was checked in. The answer was uh huh, and they continued chatting with each other! Not a professional appearance at all, this continued as I waited over 1 hour to get X-rays. Disappointing when the Physician care is so good.
