Dr Lomedico was great. Personable, professional and knowledgeable. She explained the results of my tests in a way that I completely understood. Highly recommend her for anyone who needs a spine specialist.

Things were great once I got in to see the doctor. Long wait in the reception area and front desk help wasn't very pleasant.

The medical care I received was excellent. However your computer systems leave much to be desired.
I have been unable to obtain the notes that an email from your office says I can get. Seems your system does not play nice with Safari on Mac.

iPad sign in is a great idea. One does need GPS guidance to navigate the hallways, though. Appreciated the staff and Dr. Birch in particular. Professional without being distant, personal without being obsequious.
