I appreciated being taken to an examination room on time where the medical assistant completed a questionnaire. Dr. Haggerty came in a minute later, introduced herself and I immediately felt that she cared about me as a person. She listened to me, looked me in the eye both when I spoke and when she spoke. She showed an interest in understanding and trying to resolve my medical issue.
