Dr was running an hour behind. My appointment was at 10:30 and did not see Dr
Until 11:30. Also it was a pre op visit and I felt a handout with instructions pre and post surgery would be very helpful.

Dr. Kupperman is a very skillful surgeon, and he has my full respect. He operated on
me and I believe he did a very good job. Unfortunately, my hand suffered a bad infection that has been costly in terms of pain and time. I don't hold him responsible but I mention this so you can consider relaunching a very strong effort to keep the facilities germ free. Thank you

Kept me waiting over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. Seemed like she couldn’t get me out of the office fast enough. Felt very rushed. Not a pleasant experience for me.
