Not pleased. Here's my experience as a new pt. Was 2x passed off on a physician assistant instead of the doctor. I scheduled and paid to see a Dr not an asst and if that's the rule they should make it clear you don't get to see the Dr on your 1st appointment. The PA said I need an MRI before I can see the Dr. I get the MRI, schedule a telehealth with the Dr. On my appt day a PA calls an hour before appt and tries to give me the MRI results and HER opinion. No shade but I am paying to see a Dr and I am sure they bill my insurance at the Drs rate? So I nicely said no I want the Dr to give me my results and options. The Dr was almost an hour late calling for our telehealth appointment and not very apologetic. I guess my time isn't valuable? She then says she completely disagrees with the radiologist report on my MRI. In a slightly condescending way as if they don't know how to read those reports? Completely down plays what I'm experiencing then proceeds to tell me she only does surgery and since I don't need it gives me little to no options. Kind of acting like I'm not experiencing pain even though I told her in detail all the symptoms which do impact my life. I am currently on pain mgmt for fibromyalgia so doesn't that imply I am experiencing some sort of pain? I think she thought I was looking for meds. I had to make it a point that's not the case as I am already taking meds and don't want more. I am looking for other options. That's why I saw her and bothered with getting an MRI. So I had to push her for what my options were. Shots? Physical therapy? She just seemed disinterested and only wants to deal with surgical pts. If that's the case why didn't they refer me to the other doctor who does pain mgmt after reviewing the X-ray I took at my first appointment? I felt unheard and dismissed. Overall very disappointed and won't be back unless the non surgical doctor has more empathy.

Excellent hip surgery with 100% recovery. Great team work between physicians, physical therapy and associated professional help. It was a long 12 month haul to get there but worth every exercise. I highly recommend this medical team!

Although I believe the doctor was knowledgeable, I felt very rushed when I finally got to see him. I spent a total of about 5 minutes with him.

The entire staff was professional, courteous, kind and extremely polite and respectful, as well as incredibly knowledgeable! I would recommend this office to anyone. The only downside is that the parking lot needs to be bigger! They are so many patients but the office functions like a well oiled machine!!

Always top notch service by Dr. Nathani. After 5yrs of being a patient of his (yes, I have multiple issues he has been addressing for me), I just can't rave enough about his bedside manner & consistent care. He is a RARE find in doctors these days & I feel extremely blessed
