Good experience at the end of the visit finally got to meet with the Doctor but the weird pictures that I had to match the symbols on my pain sights? There’s simpler versions of that but overall good visit

I was very satisfied with my visit to Dr Proctor. He took his time and "listened" to me. Not like the other doctors who rush you out of the room in 5 mins.

Dr Kupperman is very friendly & professional; however the admin side could be better. They send you paperwork via email prior to first visit, also confirm/upload insurance, yet twice I’ve had to show insurance because they still have past insurance on file from two years ago. I received a bill/statement with zero help from insurance because they submitted under incorrect/old from when I was married. Also, they never forwarded physical therapy order to my PT and I had to call them so I could resume those appointments. Nothing overly concerning, but follow up with communication is their job, not the patients.

Was my 2nd visit with Dr Eli Kupperman. He is knowledgeable seems compassionate and has a sense of humor. Gave a painless Cortisone injection in my knee.Really, did not even feel it.

I am giving at three stars I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Birch and his nurse and his PA but I did not enjoy waiting an hour to be seen. Every time I go there I have to wait 45 minutes to an hour I think they schedule patients to close together
