Very kind & thoughtful person. And very experienced & knowledgeable in pain management. Have gone to him for long time with painful back. Has tried many techniques & different shots to help. Still working on it with great ideas!!!

I was there to see Dr Birch and got right in. The girl got all the info and left. Several minutes a PA showed up and went over the questions over the computer and seemed satisfied with how things were going and asked if I had any questions. I did show her my incision and she asked if I wanted to see the doctor and I felt I didn't need to bother him, so said no and I was on my way. Pretty simple.Made an appt for three months and was out of there. So far so good!

I am very happy that Alta Orthopedics has a presence in Santa Maria, the largest city in Santa Barbara County. Dr. Nathani was very knowledgeable on the subject of knee injections for osteoarthritis. This included cortisone, platelet rich plasma, hyaluronic acid, and stem cell shots. He was perfect in the actual administration of my hyaluronic acid injections. They were painless!!
